Could the fact that she was a recent grad at the time be a factor?...No? How does this work with older grads of >10 years?

I would have been interested to hear his remarks on Step 1 being reported as a numerical result for applicants that took it before it went to pass/fail vs the applicants that have it show up as pass/fail only. Listening to him talk about having to emphasis step scores due to the number of applicants, it seems like it leads to discrimination for the applicants that have the numerical result reported.
